Uninstall all third party voice call app like truecaller app etc then see dialer works correctly.........

The Canvas Knight E471 is the worst phone I have seen. I bought this worthless phone 18 months ago, and I have regretted buying it, every single day. It is a sheer waste of my hard-earned money. Rs.16,000/- down the toilet.
The phone hangs repeatedly, and it takes many attempts to reboot it. The dialer does not work. Making outgoing calls is almost impossible. You have to keep dialing the number. The camera hangs all the time. In spite of its over-hyped f/2 aperture and 16 megapixel sensor, it is useless in low-light conditions. Even in bright light, the image quality is pathetic. And I am an expert in digital photography. I bought a tripod and special holder for the phone, and the image quality is still lousy. Blurry, distorted images are the norm for this phone.
Two days ago, the phone got bricked. Just stopped working. The IMEI's got wiped out. Just like that. And nothing could rectify this. Now, instead of a smartphone, I have a very expensive brick, that cost me Rs. 16,000/-.
I also use a Samsung J1, which is just an entry-level smartphone. It is far better than the Canvas Knight 2. The J1's camera is merely 5 megapixels, but the images are so much better, even in poor light. The sound is clear, call quality is excellent, and the J1 never hangs. The J1's price is one-third of the Knight2, and the specs, on paper, are very modest compared to the Knight 2. And yet, the J1 out-performs the Knight 2.
Save yourself a lot of money and a lot of anger. Buy a Samsung or Xiaomi, for a much lower price than Micromax, and be happy.
Micromax. NEVER again.

pradeep, 14 Sep 2016plase go and serch in internet. and set ur apn manualy Install app Truecaller. You can use dial pad and contacts from there and make the calls Even in offline. That way its working properly. I am using like that.
