Then reset the device.Then insert the sd card and jio sim(in slot 1) then power on the device.You will see jio sim is working.Then again power off the phone and insert 2nd sim on slot 2 and power on the device.Remember don't remove the jio sim after it gets supported,otherwise same problem will occur.

Those who are facing through "No Service"(No network and auto airplane mode on) problem can try this.First install es file explorer.Backup "Android system" and then try to install it from the backup(It actually wouldn't install but will grant acces),then go to settings disable the apps naming as "Phone" and "Phone and messaging storage" and also clear their data. Reboot your device.After reboot it will rapidly show some process are stopped, don't fear, press "ok" everytime the message will show.Again try to install the backup of "android system" app.Go to settings and enable all the apps you disabled.I think the problem will be solved.

Remember don't insert any sim removing the jio sim,otherwise you will have to face the problem again.

In october i was purchased micromax E455 after 1 motnh the phone was dead then iwas went to service center in KUKATPALLY, Hyderabad they took and told me we cant do this issue we will send the company it was come back after 25 days but its almost 2 months over and i was contacted the service center they told me we will inform you when your phone was reach with us.
i think Micromax Company is waste they dont have capability to make customer satisfaction.

Often gets network problem . Phone does not read network once it network got lost. After i changed the mother board the same issue is happening .service also takes more days . But not satisfied

I didn't got any updates on this phone & I can't turn on net connection from notification bar, Every very time I want to go to data usage on settings and then turn on the net. Please give me an update to solve this problem.. .... .
