Its very bad phone because when this phone battery destroyed u not afford mobile shop and ur phone dead I used long time micromax mobile when I see I broken my trust micromax mobile I never purchase micromax mobile and all my realative and friend suggest plz not buy micromax mobile

My mobile intrnal memory is 4. 5gb only but compony seys it is 8gb intrnal memory phone

sumihy, 19 Jun 2016Don't buy Micromax mobiles, it is just use and throw type o... moreDo buy Micromax because they will work for 2-3 Years and after that you can afford another Micromax! Even if they get damaged in between, spending about INR 7,000 to 8,000 for a new phone is not a big issue! Whereas, if you buy an Apple or Samsung and they are damaged, you HAVE to get it serviced (which itself STARTS from INR 5,000 for Hard Reset) as you can't afford so much money again to buy another Samsung or iPhone in such a short period!
And yes, if a device is not use and throw, do you want to eat it after that or what!
Micromax is much better than other brands these days! HUGE Portfolio of over 250 Phones, Phones starting from INR 1,000 and Smartphones from INR 1,300, Flexible OS (No stupid UI like MIUI, TouchWiz etc. which sometimes decrease flexibility a LOT) and NEVER to forget Micromax Smartphones' Sturdy Build (I once played Football on a Concrete Surface with my friend's Micromax Bolt Q331 and still, only the back got scraped)!!

i am using micromax q380 set , its worst set.
within 1 year twice i hv chnged its touchpad
bt im facing same problem again and again
i will sugest to everyone to buy some other phone in place of micromax
its really worst company, they make us fool

in my micromax spark phone when internet is connected some apps is started automatically and during virus scanning some apps of system are shown as virus
Please anyone resolve this problem

Don't buy Micromax mobiles, it is just use and throw type of device, within one year or just crossing the warranty period the mobile gives problem.

Do not even think about buying this mobile. It is the worst android set I have ever used.
The problems which I am facing on daily basis :
1) The battery drains too fast.
2) If you install to many apps or a small big size application, the phone starts to hang to much.
3) Applications stops responding (system carsh)
All these in just 5 months time. I bought this device last January and it's June. I really am fade up. If you are thinking about about buying this one, I would suggest you to opt for some other.

sam, 14 Feb 2016Nice phone in 5000 with 8MP camera and 5.0 android version.... moreit is all due to apps. i have purcahsed q380 in last of march 2016. install only one app daily that you want and look at the batery performance, then the next one. uninstall cm security, locker and never install any antivirus or power booster app. hope it could work for you. because i have faced the same problem.
