i have canvas spark seen 8 month it is nice mobile.. but now i have a problem, my on off switch is not work properly.
when i press the switch its not working after a long press its work.. what happen with my phone plz help me...

my micromax canvas spark q380 mobile takes very long to get charge my battery it takes 5 hours to charge.

I bought this phone on 29/7/15. Approximately After one month of buying it gave me a lot of irrigation.suddenly ear phones were not working without doing anything wrong with earphones. Many other ear phones are not suited properly, after 6months of buying,When I put charger to my phone, it was showing like phone is charging. But charging was decreasing. Auto rotation is also not working. After somedays rotation problem is partially rectified automatically. But when I playing 3D games like phone tilting races without rotating my phone automatically cars in the game are move left side. I sent my phone to the micromax care. Please rectify all these problems and send back to me or give me another piece or refund my money back.

xyz, 15 Mar 2016Not working.................SD card option has been freezed.You can move only your downloaded apps. Restart your phone. If it won't work maybe your sd card is fake.
