it is not open G+ mail it informing about mail only in shortcut method it dose not shows content video and picture etc any body have solutions of that please tell

Today my phone Micromax E313 got auto update of android version moly.wr8 ..version 5.1 Now am unabkle to retrieve my contacts. Other Apps & sttings remaines the same. Unable to improt also from my gmail. Please advise

after updating my xpress 2 to lollipop the SD card is always showing empty even though i have data in it, i need to reboot the phone to see the data again after some time it shows empty , is there any solution for it?

You need wait until the update came from android.
Please check on the check box of automatic update.
You will get notification for the update after downloading update your cell will get restarted with the new updated OS.

alex, 27 Nov 2015superb bro and u cant download more games in it ...u can bu... moreI have purchased Micromax Canvas Xpress 2 on 28th Aug and within 3 months time i have faced the following problems
Ph got switched off automatically and i couldn't be able to open it hence went to service centre and they have rectify it by using new software up gradation but within 1 day time i have noticed that one fine black spot in the middle of the screen vertically and went to service centre to rectify it and they said it will take 7-10 days time to rectify as they need to send it to New Delhi, their service head office from Kolkata as they do not have spare parts of this handset. So, this is micromax's after sales service!! hence don't ever buy any Micromax product as for minimum problem they will take 15 to 30 days and even more..better to go with some of the good brands with some extra money which is worthwhile..

After Updating OS Kitkat to Lollipop notification area opens automatically continuously and not able to do any thing. Result reboot manually after some time same problem occurs. If some one have any solution for problem please reply me. Thanks in advance...
