I have bye cell phone on f.kart on 9 NOV 2015 .
It has serious battery back up problem. i already done the following things.
1, Screen briteness
2, Screen lock timeing
3, Close recent apps
4, Reboot the device
5, Restored factory settings
6, Up dates the softwares
but still i am facing the backup problem.

Signal reception is very bad on this phone!!!! There are four phones of same network at my home. Two Nokia phones, one Samsung.... These three phones show at least two signal bars,(in side my home ) but my micromax xpress 2 shows 'no net work' and outside my home it's ok... All the phones show full signal bars!!!

after updating my canvas xpress 2 to lollipop,i find my camera quality has decreased to a large extent .its not able to focus and image quality also not good.what should i do?

I cant charge xpress 2 when it is switched on. Ihave to switch it off every time in order to charge my phone. Any one facing the same prob? Can anything be done to resolve this? If yes, please suggest.

as it mentioned 13mp camera. bt their is only 8 mp camera.
yes it is. go to camera setting and picture resolution it will show upto 8mp only
