Boss Micromax Company U Made Mobile Like Canvas Bcoz Canvas Models Best N Selling So Plzzz Make Canvas Models N Start With 8+ Ram n Storage 128+ So its better So try it.... I think This Models are again Popular Thanks.....
Note ::: Micromax Company Best n better but They Failure Bcoz.. Ram Low n stoarge Less n Battery mah very less now a days mobile are famous about only for ram n battery mah so kindly increase that u company also famous again bcoz i use canvas 2 n 4 best models but now a days logo also change n company failure u start with canvas models n with high performance i think u are the best in india.....

Worst phone just cheap marketing (in for india) they just want money from you don't buy every part is defected and needs service every month their service centres are worst and they don't have manners to talk to a çustomer

I am using micromax in1b since august 2021. I thought an Indian brand and a reliable one. but now I am utterly disappointed. Brightness is very low and the sound quality also very poor. After using one and half years now speaker is not working, frequently hanging and also no proper response from the service centers. Pathetic phone and service. Kindly dont purchase any micromax products.

After the last update 2 months back, the screen brightness has been reduced. Updates are supposed to enhance the working of the phone. Here it is just the reverse. Is Micromax paying attention to the complaints of its clients ???????

Sir I'm listing the problems cames after the Android Update done on last week
1 Screen Brightness Problem
2 Camera is not working properly
3 You tube and other apps also get hanged several times while using
4 Deficulty in Opening several files and images
I requested you please help me to solve these problems

After a couple of months usage the phone speaker died, a month after that the headphone jack died as well. And only my mom uses this phone, she's not a heavy user, only uses it for whatsapp, calls and youtube, and doesn't take the phone out of the house too, so both of the parts failure wasn't because of any external factor, only conclusion is both the speaker and headphone jack were of poor quality.
Visited the Micromax service center in Mumbai (Ghatkopar), they didn't readily have the replacement parts available so had to visit the center again after 4-5 days when the spare parts arrived, and both the parts were replaced within 5 minutes (for free ofc as it was under warranty).
I'm writing this review after 15 days of replacement. Will try to post an update review after 6 months or a year again.
And since i don't regularly use this phone can't comment on the specs and built quality but whenever i have used the phone it always felt good given the price range it is available for.

Best budget phone. I gifted it to my dad because this phone has stock Android with zero ads and bloatwares.
No spammy notifications either. I have seen with other brands like Mi, Realme they push ads in their phones, some even objectionable content that's why I went with this phone because there are no ads and no bloatwares. No heating issues. Already recieved an update. Good phone by Micromax for elderly people. Really nothing to complain about. Thanks to Micromax for giving a better option.
