i brought micromax q7 6 months ago and now im facing problem in track ball. its just moving left.
wen i took it to service center they just blabbered theat its due to water log.
we arent so foolish to belive it coz if thers water log other keys also should not work. and they asked me to pay 800rs.
also faced screen prblem as it broke they charged 300rs and usb also doesnt work.
its really horrible condition now

I purchased the set MicromaxQ7 and I am facing the problem with its trackball. The main useful key of Q7 is the trackball and it does not work properly then how we can operate the set at proper way without facing any problem of trackball sensitivity.Thank you

okay i don't know that . why you are buy q7 but i have a solution uninstall micromax suite and reboot your system than install again . or reset your mobile and try i hope your device will work ..... okay bye

dear i have purchased your products like x255, then q3 and now i have q7 model, i am facing the problem of conectivity with my pc as i could not avail pc suite of q7, 2nd problem i have faced about calls when ever my friend or any other want to approach me even in full network my phone response them as not reachable or out of coverage area. whereas i am living in pathankot city and there are so many moble towers around me, why this thing happen i can't understand i also complaint to my subscriber air tel.
