Girish, 18 Apr 2011I have purchase Micromax Q7 before 6months (approx.) but do... morejust connect the data cable alonged with charger usb and select options frm phone how u want to use with pc !!!

I want to highlight few problems in this phone.
1. You cannot seek(forward)a song, u have to listen to a full song.
2. If you remove the headset directly, while the music player or radio is on, the mobile will remain on headphone profile.
3. Wifi and phone suites never work, i have tried many many times, but they never worked.
4. Nothing can be downloaded from net if size is more than a KB, the Opera mini redirects you nowhere.
but good for surfing Internet.
5. cannot create playlist in the phone.
6. cannot make a call in low battery. :(

Advantages:
1. Price is less.
2. Camera is very good (Only at day time)
3. Music okay okay
4. battery life is good.
5. light weight and very good looks.
Personally i suggest sony ericsson cedar or nokia 5130 music xpress are far much better phones than this, though you may not get all such features, but if they don't work why u need them.

I have purchase Micromax Q7 before 6months (approx.) but don't know how to use this mobile to connect with PC or Laptop. is this facility available in this phone? can you explain me? & i have facing the trouble with rotating ball as provided by you for selecting the function for UP,DOWN, LEFT & RIGHT. because after some days the ball is automatically going tight.

I Requirested All pepole don't purchased the Micro max Modale because in All model so many manufacturing problem in ALL Handset within 2 or 3 month all Problem are Created and
Services Center and Cust Call center for Delhi both are not proper answer for Handset releted problem one time of time pass customer behavir

I purchaesed Q7 in dec 2010 at that time facebook in nimbuzz is worked properly but from last month its not working when i put complaint also i didnt get any answer from micromax CC. Its very worst no body wil give proper answer when calling to CC. nearly 4months completed now ball getting problem its not working properly. WiFi also getting problem

Customer care is worst. waste of time to go there. In fact micromax is cheating people with releasing a poor quality mobile phones in to the market. It has many malfunctionalities. Plz dont opt for this one, its not healthy to buy this phone which has higher value of SAR. Price may attract but it lets a realisation after buying it. This is similar to cheaper china phones in the market. PLZ be careful.

Interface is a bit difficult, There are many software bugs which are not fixed. SAR value is very much, getting heated up for a minute time of call. one of the SIM is not going to work if WIFI is used, not sure it is a bug or functionality. Camera is good during day time and adequate light during nights. Overall rating is from my side is bad.

Micro max Service center for Bapunagar Is very Bad expriences. not treat to customer properly .
1) purchased fone 10,october,2010
2) Micro max Q7 problem are
A) Track boll not proper Working
B)PC not connect
C)PCB change by Services center But Dad Phone some time Auto swich
D) Memory card connect spring is Damage by Services center
Minum Total Time pending the Phone for Services center 2month 15 day arround a
now all ready pending as of now for Bapunagar service center
not due date proper given for dilevery by tells by services center when Metrial come after i Deliver at last time 10 day pending

it is a brilliant phone, fallen 1000 times, faced all conditions but still works accoring to me.....
it has a little problem tht it becomes slow when msg count is more than 400, only one typo keyguard which makes me irritate to unlock it....
much loud noise in headphones - bass reflex, n outside also........vibration is not much perfect but effective.....
video size is ab8 320x240 not so detailed, format's avi playable in media player
