After many R&Ds I have found that the EZMAIL setup doesn't restarts the phone if I connect via Wi-Fi; but it happens when I try the same with GPRS.

    the big issue of this handset is that it restarts quit often, which annoys me like anything. ezmail setup restarts the phone quit often.

        Dear All ,
        I have purchased 3 days before .
        Dont waste your money buying Q80 .
        It pc suite is childish useless . Ezzimail you cannot connect Rediffmail.
        surfing speed is worst .
        all other features are equal to 2000 rs china mobile .
        you can not see word excell or PDF files from memory card .

        still i have to check easymail function .

        still dont waste your money .go for Nokia or Samsung .

          Hi guys, pls let me know the name appears on screen (Q80 phone usb). I changed the name of phone while connecting to computer. now all my ezmail option stopped.

              How is the Battery Backup?
              How is the Quality of audio? does it get improved with Q5 / Q7 or same?

                Pros - Features like 3G / Wi-Fi / Bluetooth / EZMAIL works fine.

                Inbuilt speaker is Good and Ringtones are quite audible even in a crowded place. Call Quality is good.

                cons:
                1. Head Phones given by Micromax is of poor quality.
                2. Battery some times drains out easily. (Average Battery Back up)
                3. At times gets hanged needs a Hard Reboot.
                4. User Interface for Music Player could have been made more user friendly.
                5. Recommending Micromax for a Firmware update to fix the issues mentioned in the Cons.

                    Is there GPS in it?
                    Service after sales?
                    Somewhat are saying that to buy this mobile is west of money. So, is it?
                    what will be speed of 3G? etc..

                      battary backup is normal. 3g is good. video capture n play is 3gp 720x480. image quality is normal. overall 3.5/5

The lady there told me that she will replace the battery once it comes next week. She also gave me the backup software on a pen drive. It is working fine and I could manage a contact list backup (do remember to change the COM settings in the pc suite setings sections for sync). Thx
