How can i operate the phone. when i swipe the phone's screen saver it becomes blank (dark), with just the sim and battery indicators located above, visible. The phone only recieves calls but no other feature works. I cant swipe the screen to view the its main features, so i can control and use the phone.What should i do?

Best phone in this price using since 6 months no problem at all those who complain about restarting issue just update your phone and your issue will be resolve.
