Yes, the restarting of some Lumia phones is a common bug. Microsoft is aware of it and there is a way to fix it. Go to Settings, then System, then phone update. The first update is fixing this bug. The update is about 100 kb up to 500 kb of size, according to the phone model. After updating and restarting the problem will be fixed.

after i update my lumia 430 to wp8.1 tp wp10, 1.camera is stucked for other camera apps its working 2.battery drained so fast 3.some apps automatically closes 4. quiet hours not turned off 5. message typing area showing 3 lines only. i reset my phone but same problems arise
