I realize that this cheapest phone do not have backlight on their softkeys (arrow,logo window,search) when in dark / night

Hi Guys, I have been using mobile phones since 1998. I have used more than 100 mobiles with several platforms. So, from my opinion, the phone which will gives 100% satisfaction on performance and for the money. Lumia 430DS is the right one for that. Yesterday only i bought this. Microsoft is in the right path. A budget phone with the latest version of Windows. Everything works fine. Still not checking the battery life. I guess it will be good for regular use. Camera is just 2MP but i do not mind due to the lower price. In all way this is the right way. Hats off to Microsoft.

yesterday i'm order this phone because i'm interest with price-cut & want to try windows phone.. i'm just worried about battery capacity.. with 1700mAH will be stand for 1 day with normaly used??

I didn't xpect much from lumia 430 but N... moreAll phones made by any company anywhere in the world have the sane quality standards as they are made by that company itself in their own plants under their R&D and supervision. Many companies set up plants in China just because of low production costs. So its a misconception that a phone by any brand made in China is of low standards than the one made in its homeland.

on 3/05/15 I bought a set of Lumia 430 by Microsoft. My need was to talk with people abraod/ in India through whatsapp.The counter boy assured me of having 'whatsapp feature' in the set. I bought it on his assurance but later came to know I would not be able to talk over whatsapp. When I asked the sales man he proudly said he meant whatsapp feature is there but no conversation facility. My entire purpose was lost. What should I do now? Can anybody advise how to make use of whatsapp conversation with this set>

I didn't xpect much from lumia 430 but Nokia asha 503 has 5mp camera with led flash, gorila glas (but procesor, ram and display size lower i agree) price around Rs. 4600. Actually nokia mobiles(microsoft) i have bout is mad in china. I'd like to test finland made or nokia chennai plant made mobiles but unlucky. Hav u tested it?
