im usins lumia 430 each it freezes, i have to reset it. the disturbing issue is the reconnection to internet. how do i reconnect without calling the local service provider since i cannot service by sending gprs?

Hi I am using Microsoft Lumia 430 for last one year. Yesterday suddenly in Whatsapp, it is showing a message "repairing message history. Failed to repair. Reinstall whatsapp and restore your messages from backup."
I have reinstalled the whatsapp for five times. But still it is showing the same message and the app is not opening.
can anybody please help me out? :(

somehow, after the update to Win 10 and then (what I believe is) Anniversary Edition last night, I cannot install apps anymore. The Store app doesn't work nothing happens no matter how may times I click/try to launch it.
To be honest, this is my backup phone, so I don't use it much. Only last night I decided to try and launch the navigation app Here+ Drive and it said the app is no longer supported. So I tried to find a substitute and was googled (well, actually Binged) for a suitable solution and was suggested Windows Maps.
That's when I noticed that the Store app no longer works. Even trying to install from the website (via internet explorer) does nothing.
Anyone know what's happening?
