It is a nice phone. I have been using for the last 4.5 years, I enjoy it. Except that windows phones are complicated to use than android ones.

Yea, After upgrading to W10M, I faced that issue. Downgrading to WP8.1 and upgrading back solved the issue. (Tried Hard reset, didn't work..)
