On your phone, go to: Settings --> system --> phone update --> update your phone.
OR
On your phone, download the Microsoft 1MB "stop-restart-app" from the Microsoft website (www.microsoft.com) which may automatically fix the fault.

I don't recommend this product due to the fact that mine broke down after 4 months, the touch screen just broke, without falling or anything, it simply stopped working. It was within the guarantee and they still told me that I would have to pay for the repair. I'm very disappointed at the product.

All corners the screen become whitish. some times there is a thick line in the center of the screen. Overall its a good phone for its price. But screen problem is so annoying.

Its a waste product.with in 3months after buying it got repair.screen became white and unresponsive.After 3 times repairing also,it is not at all working properly...After updating to windows 10 camera not working.please give any suggestions.......

The phone is ok, but I think that is it just a little heavier that it should be. It is also hard taking photos, becouse it does not have a flesh light.

two month ago.. i updated my phone with win10 but after updation camera is not working properly sometime... and also battery backup was low. and then one week ago i go back again in win8.1 to help of windows revovery tool. now my phone is running cool... win 10 is only better for computers and laptops...
