hey i updated it yesterday. And i didnt find touch isse solved. So did it again. But now when installing updates, its wheels are rolling and its taking more than 2 hrs and still not even 10% completed. how can i solve it??? hard reset also not working. Its urgent

I bought this phone just 3 days ago. I read a lot of reviews before buying this phone and get as expected LIKE LIVE TILES , HERE MAP , WIDOWS FEELING , RELIABLE HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE . But nothing more than that.
Now i explain in detail what i want .
1.The basic work of every phone is calling. W8.1 have PEOPLE app for managing your contacts. Compare this app with nokia feature phone CONTACT.
The most irritating thing is it doesn't show the names as they are saved in my old nokia phone.
2.Now come to MUSIC app.
.You cann't play a folder.
.Don't having sort option.
. Too adjust volume you have only keys.
Moli player solve some problem. But it doesn't have background play option.plays songs in landscape mode.what the hell.
These are basic drawbacks.
I knew it better , before buying this phone that it doesn't have a massive appstore . But who expect that the official apps from adobe, and uc lacks their function . Which are available in android. Even internet explorer doesn't have SAVE PAGE option!!!
There are countless tiny things which convert phone to smart phone is not available for WP.
YOU CANN'T MARRY A GIRL BECAUSE SHE IS A DAUGHTER OF REPUTATED PERSON.
Now if you think i don't know how to use this phone then please give me suggestions. This phone took my first salary and i'm very disappointed for not choosing android.
And please don't give suggestions on grammer .

Guys this phone is good you can buy this phone from store and get denim version out of the box I bought this yesterday and it have no issue now.no touch issue and now it support double tap to wake
It's swipe keypad is good. Go for it nothing to worry

this is the best cheaper windows phone ever
I just buy .... i love it's start menu
there is no problem with anything

I bought this phone 2months ago, it shocked me three days after purchase when it zoomed the screen and never go back to normal till I restarted it and the problem persisted then I returned it to the shop and they booked it, they told me to wait for 6weeks as they said I did. After 5weeks they returned it and the shop phoned me to fetch it...I felt like exploding when I find that the phone is still the same.
Now I don't trust Microsoft please help me what must I do with this problem?...cause it now open closes applications on it's own, it's very hard to type a massage with this phone because it puts letters without being tapped...

Zoya, 14 May 2015I wnt 2 buy 535 but i have read mny prblms about it like tu... moreI have had it for a few months now and haven't had these problems at all. The heating problem does come if you put a cover on your phone, but the phone cools down amazingly fast and it only heats up if you've been using it for hours in one go. The battery is a lot better than most smartphones though it does start to last for less time a few months after buying.
I found no problem with touch. It is a really good phone and very lightweight.

For a price tag of ₹8,000-9,000,I think this phone is affordable for simple tasks.But im worried about Store..it doesnt provide good apps and games and I can't find some important apps like snapchat...also Facebook & Whatsapp app is below average like we still canny attach mp3 file's.Every now and then I should clean my touch screen and back and forth with towel and water otherwise the apps wont function or direct me to another app which wasn't on my mind.Keyboard,Office,Selfie Cam,OneDrive,backup options are good.There a newer version coming called "Lumia 540" better go for that..but for a tech savvy or app lover this phone is not worth the money 💵 unlike Android OS OR iPhone

Anshuman Sarma, 11 May 2015i m unable to download applications or games through store.... moreAll you have to do is..u have to create a Nokia account.first u restore ur phone after that,when u start up ur phone it will automatically ask for registration,make sure u insert the sim card after restore.Maybe it might be helpful to you.

bought the 4ne 4 months ago n everything has been superb until it got a cracked screen (Gorilla????). now the 4ne operates numerous functions on its on n runs several apps @ d same tym. Problem is d screen is difficult to access here in our area. perhaps coz there isn't much patronage. But d phone + price? Not so bad. any advice?
