download the windows insider .then set it to fast/ release preview. check phone update. then download the 10.0.14393.82 version. then reset ur mobile. problem will be solved. because official windows 10 is still buggy in lumia 535 and store is not working perfectly.

here are some drawbacks of Lumia 535
1. the store cannot respond even though you have the outlook account
2.the phone does not have pattern lock
3.you cannot get application which suit your country
4.you cannot use your own ringing tone unless u upload it from the PC

I updated my lumia 535, i hoped the new update fixed a lot of stuff, but it makes it worse. i can't open settings, can't run the video, can't open the photos, I can't download apps from the store! FM Radio missing. Before update take trial if possible!

lumia 535 is a best phone only one con is windows phone not suitable for a game player and all the function are very good good performance windows phone is not abad phone so many quilities had awindows phone back cam is good and the front cam is a best cam well battery backup and all are good

jahid, 21 Aug 2016Windows10 is not from insider... .go u r lumia 535 to store search windows insider. install app. and update with wi fi network. ask u sure update ? yes. it will take 1 hour 30 min with wi fi. Wi Fi compalsary.

grandmaster, 18 Aug 2016It's simple u just have to download the windows 10 upgrade ... moreThe touch response and display is very annoying. The camera is the worst and battery life is just terrible. It automatically opens apps unnecessarily amd also types letters without even touching it. This phone is totally waste of money.

I have purchased three of these phones now I am buying an iPhone this phone randomly blacks out it does not transfer contacts app store not user friendly service and Wi-Fi connection terrible sorry Microsoft but this phone is Terrible

535 Hardware too strong. but not comfortable for handling. when on charging keypads not working well. on call some time screen automatically. its terrible operating on call .

after update to 10.0.14393.67, it delete the previous FM radio, and need to download a new one in the Market

This is the worst phone, i never seen. i faced following problems
When i am in call, suddenly call is connected to different numbers
Touch is very speed, we can't handle

windows 10 mobile update build 494 is not official because i'm running on build 545 and 545 is not official because is version 1511, the anniversary update is coming in 16 august 2016 and version 1607 redstone update will be available, but it doesn't stop there the next build will be in spring next year 2017 i'ts called threshold 2.
