Skype app is not opened in Microsoft Lumia 535. Some error value is displayed when I am open. Can you please explain

I waited to post the review till receiving the update.
Latest update resolved all the touch issue and it also adds data on/off in action center.
Both cameras' quality is good. It can play HD videos. Phone is almost lag free. Build quality is decent. Supplied headphone is exceptionally bad.
Internet explorer is good and alternatively UC browser can be used.
Although windows phone store has almost all the necessary apps, the quality of the apps is not mature.
All the Lumia phones will get Windows 10 and I am hopeful that it will better the OS experience.
This is my secondary phone. I am using Galaxy S4. If you are using android, it will take you sometime to get used to windows and probably like it. Although windows phone OS is not mature, it presents a great potential.
If you can afford better android phone, go for it.

Earlier i used Lumia 720 and it was totally fine.
Recently i purchased Microsoft Lumia 535 (around 20 days) and i am facing some issue are below:
- After updating OS (recently released by Microsoft) also i am facing touch issue as it was known issue for Microsoft.
- Lumia Selfie camera is capturing reverse image. Means when you capture number or text (for example) and save, Once you see the captured image in gallery you will see the reverse image. Which is not correct.
- Lumia Camera, i am not able to zoom In while taking snap.
- After full charge of battery(charged by Microsoft Charger), within 10 hours it will be less than 10%.
- Sometimes home screen will zoom to more than 100%, Until you don't restart the device it will not be back to 100%.
- Sometimes application will close automatically even you are working on the application.
- Sometimes when you delete gmail account(frequently used mail) mail which contains image, while deleting search icon will appear on the screen for fraction of seconds and disappear.
There are the issue i am facing after using this device within 20 days. I contacted customer care online [The Service Request No. is 1-15817904147 (SR# 1-15817904147)]. After 3 days of mail communication today i received the call from the customer care saying that, I have to give device to service center then head office will decide whether it has to repair or replace.
I really don't know that above issue is only with my phone or generic.
Since i have travel abroad this month end or so.
I am really confuse what to do. As a customer i really can't expect this kind of quality from Microsoft.
I request Microsoft to resolve my issue as soon as possible.

Android needs quadcore processor and at least 2GB of RAM to be usable. Low range Android won't receive much OS updates.

I have bought this microsoft lumia 535 it is very poor and non of software is running proper. and aoters apps lso not working properly. I recommend u to buy samsung galaxy core prime becz i am facing many problems with software

no manual zoom, no wifi direct, main camera waste, full charge without use 1 day only battery work, no easy apps, android apps not supporting, microsoft apps only few available,

front camera very very good, mobile outlook superb,
