Been using since 7 days. Specification of Lumia 535 is great at this price range.My only concern is it's poor battery backup on 2g n 3g net.

Bought this phone on very first day when it is launched in India. Phone is just rocking in performance no lagging like android. Great move by microsoft. overall the phone is worth for at this price tag.

Bought this from a local retailer for rupees 8900.
Bought this from a local retailer for rupees 8900 when the device was listed on flipkart for a pre-order with a price tag of rupees 9199 and now it is showing around 11k(apprx).
Coming to the device.
*fits perfectly in hand.
*no lag found till date.
*windows 8.1 denim update works great.
*windows store in coming up with good apps compared to play store.
*notification bar is great thing for the people who gets too much of notification.
*brilliant multitasking.
*Cortana is not available in India yet so no need to focus on that.
*5 mp front and back camera is not up to the mark like we used to have in "Nokia" branding handset.
*back cover slips most of the time.
*no in-ear headphones.

Purchased Lumia 535 in Kolkata at Rs.9000 on the first day of December, 2014.
I really love this 5" Display and thin bezel.
Both the cameras have very good performance.
Battery backup is almost of 20-22 hours with around 3 hours on call, constant 2G with limited 3G connection kept on and while using messaging and with around 2 hours of music playback.
Windows 8.1 works fine.
There is no over-heating issue.
The backside of the phone appears to be cheap. Plastic made back-cover captures fingerprints.
It is smoothly possible for apps to send to the SD card.
The screen resolution is not satisfactory.
It is required to download English (US) language pack to use Cortana
The sound of the speaker is on the lower side. So the feeble ringer may be a bad issue..
The charger cable is quite short in length.
I found no Data Cable in the box.
However, considering the price, this is a very good handset with Windows 8.1.
I will give 8 marks out of 10.

Touch not responding at the corners.excessive heating, draining of Battery more than in the case of android devices which is unusual with the lumia devices. Can anyone suggest what should i do?I have disallowed all the apps to run in the background but still of no avail.Even the device allows a vibrate for whatsapp notifs even if we turnoff. Eventhe

Here comes the Review after one Week usage.
First of all Hats off to Microsoft for this Excellent Product.
First Catching Factor in the brand.
Second is the surprising price.
No issue on Touch as said no Zooming option in camera.
This would be the best fone.I'm happy to join Microsoft family (FYI Already user of Windows User Simply Love it ).
Feel good factor for first time in a mobile
