Superb phone under ₹10000.Camera and sound quality is good, battery life is also good.Only a little bit problem with the touch screen.Touch screen sensitivity is low compared to other Lumia phones like Lumia 520,625 etc(I'm already used these two phones), but considering the other factors like price, screen size,camera and other specifications Lumia 535 is a great phone. Go with Microsoft.

touch screen is not good.. its not sensitive as lumia 720, which i had initially. over all not happy with this one.

Microsoft Launches 535 is expected a budget phone
N L730 is a midranger
Both r best at there price range
So don't compare them
It depends on ur budget
N if u compare both then undoubtedly L730 is the best windows phone ever
