Camera is 5 mega pixel but pictures clarity is very poor of back side camera.

Can anyone tell whether this indian handset will work in Dubai, UAE. last time when i went samsung galaxy phone didn't work due to country lock option. i am going to UAE. can i use uae local network sim in this phone.
