Question that needs answer-Please, how can i set my DUAL SIMs to work Together? only one SIM is working. please tell me the settings

Phone is awsome, i bought new phone and im using it more then half year. This phone have 1 little bad thing... No zoom at camera but front camera is cool for selfies... Im still using windows 8.1 on phone, did anyone upgrade it to windows 10? If yes plz answer me, are they fixed some bugs on win 10... Sorry for my suck english... Thx...

can anyone tell me how to use my internet without using wifi at my work i can use the net threw wifi at home but at work no internet without wifi can anyone help please surely if im on pay monthly then i should be able to use my internet without wifi
