When windows 10 will be officially released, install it! About automatically restarting it has been released an update, check with your PC for that software, download it, connect your phone with PC and take next steps. About heating....... Well every phone gets heat, if it gets heat only around the camera there's nothing to worry about. Automatically working......I'm not really sure what you are trying to say. About zooming if you are saying for camera, hope that windows 10 will fix that. Personally I think that is a great phone comparing to price.

I have been using for about 2 months and I think that is a good phone with low price. Battery life is a bit disappointing, if you stay on internet it won't last more than 4 hours from 100% to 0%. With touch screen I have a little bit problems only when charging. But anyway I love big screen, it's fast, smooth, it accepts any game, front facing camera is amazing. I will wait until windows 10 it's officially released and I'll install it. If anyone would ask me if I would recommend this phone I definitely would say yes 😊

Y... moreThank you so much Chancooluk, But one of my friend has installed windows 10. its working fine with him, in fact after installing few problems like touch, android apps etc has been fixed. However thank you so much for your reply, It helped me alot.

Windows 10 has not been released yet. There is an insider preview available, but it is currently incredibly buggy, and not suitable for general use.

Because I already have a very worst experience not merely from the device but also from the service centre as well as from the company. I given the device to the care centre not for 1st or 2nd for third time for rectify the problem's. But they not able solve the problem & even they are not restore my money also. & they telling that until the warranty period we will repair the device, if its comes for 100 time also but we will not restore the money. My great advice to all don't try to buy this it has seamless problems (touch screen fault, automatically working, hangs, heating, automatically switch off, zooming )
