All lumia device should be updated, dont get this wrong, when replace your old firmware to new firmware you see changes made by updating the product, i got a Microsoft Lumia 535 i also had problems with my touch screen and now it's working perfectly, when your phone gives you notifactions about updating your device do it... make use of a wi - fi connection, it's better to update cause the problems in your apps will be replaced. Windows 8 & 8.1 will be replaced soon with windows 10 and microsoft confirms it will be better far more then the old operating systems.

I bought Lumia 535 6months ago.before I used google play store. But it can't be used with this.
I'm shocked.because I wanted to use many dictionaries in google play. But this phone. Doesn't support to install those.
Plz help ur customer..

I purchased this phone one day ago and it started giving problem the same day it was not charging ,speaker is not good. When i wanted to change the handset the supplier refuse to do so.my experience is very bad i don't know whom to approach.

Lumia 535 is bad not worthy spending money on it. I bought a device aweek ago, the phone just hang up and automatically restart in the middle of a call. It heats up n switch off.

I purchase Lumia 535 .aftre few days hangung problm heating problm switch off automatically.I go to service. Centre 4times bt now problms not solve..baaaad

I was also facing touch problem and hamging issue but I went to service centre and update my mobile to windows 8.1 latest now nice battery back up full day with moderate use and no touch issue even games run so smoothly no restarting problem I m using 7 month its much better than Samsung and other same range phone excellent voice quality and gives more backup while talking its 6 Hours

Just switch off and then switch on the phone .you get the sound if problem persists just tap the volume button and you drop down menu as (00/30)media+Apps just click on it and increase the volume then problem persists go to service centre

AnonD-440079, 13 Sep 2015This is a 5xx series bro it mean CHEAP, so dont spect premi... more5xx series not cheap 520 best phone it have s4 chip but 535,540 is only selfie based mobile and this mobile have snapdragen200. so go for 640 this 640 have snapdragan400. snapdragan 400 is work smothly and it support more feature like "set colors like cool,warm etc" s400 chip is give more graphics and high speed app running... go for lumia 640... 535+540=640 lumia 640 2x(speed and performence) better than 535,540 thanks...
