my nokia lumia535 charge in stead it shows a crying image. what could be wrong? I have used it for a couple of days only.Help, I am feeling frustrated.

Please somebody should help me ask nokia care(raya care in Port Harcourt Nigeria) why it's taking them more thank two months to fix my lumia 535 that the screen got broken.....
i call them every day n all i get is the parts have been ordered that it... i mean i've used the phone for just one month n it's been with them for two months now.... I'm begining to regret buying this phone..... mtchewww.....
