The device storage on my phone keeps decreasing even though I haven't downloaded anything new and have deleted several existing apps.The phone is two years old.Anyone know how to fix this ?

Reset the phone; hold the power key and the volume down key together until the phone vibrates. After resetting, all those things will work. You may also consider updating the phone

Sadly its a bad phone.am a big fan of a windows phone but when i upgraded to windows 10.now i cant go to Facebook,messanger, instagram.

You could google the methord for factory reset or check via youtube

Windows 10 is amazing. everything is upgraded even the background wallpaper of main menue ( background of tiles) could be customized. Some main apps such as Internet explore browser and Music player has been replaced with Microsoft Edge browser and Grove Music player. you should try it mate :)

I loved this phone 1st , upgraded the same to windows 10 as well. but overall; this phone i giving me so many headaches nowadays. Most of the app stopped working. I have tried everything like updating , reinstalling etc, moving to interna storage etc but failed.
Some Games like Candy crush saga and aplications takes forever to download. it only shows like , download is pending but not continue at all. ( had to cancel the download)

Windows 10 updated . No YouTube app. Facebook not supported ( Facebook Beta works ) . Facebook messenger no call and no video call option available . Keyboard no vibration option . Other than that works well .

it's a good phone for the price. if you want a better phone with good camera spend your money for the best..
