I have not use my phone for one week. When I tried to open it, I saw a black screen, no icons, nothing at all. Is anybody got this experienced? How to solve this problem? Is this a software or hardware problem? Please help. I have been using this phone for 6 months already, then I got this problem.

I bought Lumia 540 last month.I got 3G netwrk only for five days then upto today I get Only 2G network though recharge is of 3G.Nothing can happen by complainig to seller.

Superb phone with awesome battery backup i m using this fone for 7 month and there is no problem in it

front camera just stops responding on opening..while the back camera works without a glitch and the rest of the things in the phone are impressive and working fine..the phone is a week old and the problem started a day back..please help someone with a solution and a possible problem !! Thanks.

Hmm after reading all of your opinions about dis phone 📱 I'm scared to get dis device but when I bought it performances has as expected like... But only sad thing that v don't have privacy locks in WhatsApp,,hike,, n gallery.... Microsoft developers need to think about dis....

shabi bhai, 16 Jan 2016I am very dissappointed after getting this phone.. worst ev... moreu can make ur song as ringtone by installing ringtone maker...and no android can compete the speed and perfomance to a windows phn...may be some phn defects youare facing,try to update ur phn...coz my phone is running really good,company charger meant for the same phone..but mark one thing compare the charge of an android and a windows phone.if windows last for a day using contn internet and gaming...whereas android last for some hrs

I am very dissappointed after getting this phone.. worst ever phone in my life which can't compete with a cheapest android phone.. lumia 540 is not gonna get window 10...
1) the only original charger charge this phone rest don't charge but make u feel like charging.
2) you can't make your song or anything as a ringtone.. big fault
3) it stuck some times...
4) watsapp viber don't respond like in android..
5) it is hard to find contacts in this phone if u r looking to call someone in your contact...
6) don't have pattern lock or any other to make your phone safe..
7) the worst web browser so i use the mini opera which works as inhaler for me..
8) multimedia is hell media most video format doesn't support, if you delete music files from your phone it will shoow in musicplayer but doesn't work.. oh mann some more issues i will tell you later

l bought my lumia in 16 thousand and sold in just 9 thousand after only one month use. then I had A1 now I feel great.Google A1 is the best in smart fones guys trust me.
