The phone seems okay to me. The only issue however is the fact that it heats up really fast. Does Microsoft have any answers to this?

I have purchased lumina 540 but I don't know how to operateand there are no booklet which will help me to understand all operration where i can get it . Similarly I have taken G-3 but I am not getting connected with internate pl. guide me.

Among all of you who are facing overheating problem near earpiece to the middle of the phone?? Can anyone tell me why this is happening?? What is the solution of this?? In our Bangladesh the customer service is too low.. They basically does not change the product they just repair it.. I just want to know why this happen??? And is it possible to reduce through software update?? PLZ PLZ Don't IGNORE ME....

I m also facing same problem.. I m from Bangladesh and in our country the customer care is too bad they don't replace the phone.. They just only repair it...

This is my first windows phone.I bought this because of android devices(Sony)I used before is stucking when I use apps and they hadn't feature to install apps on SD card and many other lags I had to face with android.so this phone is amazing.i didn't face any problems with this device like android.lumia devices have very interesting UI than any other os.and it is very easy to use.this phone never stucks when using apps.this phone looks like a hi end smartphone.so you can show it to your friends like a boss😉.best phone for its price.but more apps should be added to the store.👍

I got the new lumia 540. i am very happy with it. The only issue i have is that it was not designed with left-handers in mind.
I have to be super careful during phone calls not to touch the power button,which is placed exactly in a spot where a lefthander will put his finger or two,interrupting calls !!.
What an elementary ,thoughtless design mistake by Nokia and Microsoft!

Have just bought Lumia 540 up to 3 days now everything works perfectly but I found out that the phone gets heated at the top anytime am using it so finding it difficult to place it near my ear during calls. What can cause it
