two things some time screen stops working when i need to ansew to call, its have some glitches, but more time its already fine. can say why? but battery spends more if place location enabled, so i keep it off, for screen i remove some icons like groove or another like skype icon and disable some background programms. some things changes becouse i get more 2 updates but it keep working like it needs. some house keeping but thats all.

The phone *itself*, in my opinion, is great, especially for its time and the money it costed. Very nice display, sturdy build quality with nice feel, very decent cameras, etc. The main problem here was the Windows 10 Mobile. JESUS that thing it full of damn bugs, glitches, and crashes, it's damn near unusable. I wish I could install a version of Android to it somehow. The Sony Xperia E4, a similar budget phone from a year before this one, performs so much better on Android 4.4.4.

Worst people I have ever brought- It was working for with no lagging, smooth operations but after year it is hanging so much, even worse than android mobiles. This is the worst windows mobile, never ever I will buy Microsoft, I bought this phone in june 2016 - it worked well till September 2017, but now it hangs very much. I have heard Windows mobile don't after one year like android mobiles, but here the case is totally opposite, it is hanging much more than android mobiles, better to buy a good ram Android phones.

I am running out of memory and have bought an SD card a couple of weeks ago, I have tried to transfer photos on to the SD card but can't seem to do this what am I doing wrong, also what apps can I transfer to the SD card !!!!!

Within windows os it is one of best phone in budget price under IN Rupees 7000. I am using this Lumia 550 since June 2016 and still well working today in October 2017. It is easy to use and with major merit over android is its kids corner which keeps safe for children to play games without accessing all apps and files another is it is even safe from virus without using antivirus. The only demerit is that it runs slightly slower than android. But I think it is not a big issue.

I just bought lumia a few days ago. First of all, installing update was real slow. Download was fast, but not when installing. I had to go through 2 major update to get to the latest build. It takes like 4-5 hours to update it plus application update will left you with 3-4GB usable internal memory. I'd recommend Class10 memory card to ensure smooth experience. The user experience was strangely super smooth, considering using SD210 and 1GB of RAM. It's fast and get you through the day. The downside is it's battery only let you last a day of work (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, WhatsApp, Microsoft Edge). Recommended for phone at these price point compared to:
-Galaxy J1 ace
-Lenovo A6600

I am Windows fan & since 2 years i am using windows phone n I have no problem with windows. these phone have light weight User Interface in size & also Fast but Microsoft should launch new phone with 2gb, 3gb, 4gb Ram & 16gb, 32gb, 64gb phones

wi-fi at home wont connect till i read to restart router, when i finally connect i get 2 updates, max place on phone was around 3.9 GB with facebook and twitter and instagram activated, now i planing to get micro sd card, to store more emails and things in phone. great update from nokia 225, now i get 4G i lived in city dont known if some coutry sides have it too. i keep learning some things about phone like one drive disabled in first opion, windows 10 mobile has less applications but more comes free of charge.

Would recommend getting sd card for yourself if you want to store anything else on the phone

I having a very wired problem! Its called BURN-IN when the phone is plugged in for charging while charging and glance screen constantly on. The time doesn't change and after a while you see the stuck liquid or pixels behind the tiles on set background.
The pixels are more visible on light color wallpaper.
No solution yet to this problem. This is a very huge drawback of this phone, no matter it has fair camera and LTE networking!
