It's amazing affordable phone with lots of features, I am enjoying since few days.
Have perfect glance black 4.7" HD screen in which notifications looks great in black background. Compact design, smooth interface, customizable home screen, Live Photos, great keyboard, all apps, games and Windows store working good. Windows 10 have great features.

Bought the 550 from Carphone warehouse. Easy to use if a little laggy n slow. Stopped ringing certain tel nos' then dropped out completely, except WiFi. New sim same problem.Googled problem n found others had same. Exchanged n paid extra for Lumia 640. Much better, faster, bigger, screen feels better and tried n tested. Too many bugs in Lumia 550 for a new phone. Sort it Microsoft.

i bought this phone four days ago.I an unable to open the Windows app store.i have registered with outlook account.Whenever i try to open the app store i get an error code" 0x80072ee7,in case u ned it.cv:wxqzlwglbkado/p".Does anyone has any idea if dts sound can be played on this phone bcos i have a movie which dosen't play the sound.

I have 3 emails configured exchange acct, gmail, outlook but to my surprise every time when ever i open gmail icon it shows other e mails like exchg acct...this is really frustrating problem and no sense in feeling like we got upgraded to windows 10.
one more problem is when ever i get email/sms notification sound is very low and dono why?
ususally user should be allowed directly to change 2g/3g network depending on their usage ...but every time we should navigate 3 to 4 steps to change this setting...which is one more problem ...
microsoft outlook email shows other email accts though email accounts are not linked...

I am trying to download UC Browser from store. but it does nt.It completes installing and then shows downloading error. Im trying since yesterday also shows error code. plz anyone tell me solution how to download UC or tell me about other downloading browser.

i had used many lumia devices firstly i was using 520 then i switch to 730 but dis phone is just a piece of shit......

yester day i buy this every one first go to nokia care update software then it is ready to use otherwise it is drining and not download apps (so go update enjoy with microsoft)

I have bought this device 2 days ago. i really liked it its my 1st window phone. but there is only one issue. battery drains very fast specially on standby mode. i did nt get it why its so.. i am first time using windows phone . i have checked all setting that why it is draining battery so fast without using it. so plz all users give me solution how to fix battery pb.
