I have the phone for 10 days. I was waiting for a new sim as my old one could not be cut less than micro sim. All i can say this phone is crap. With everything closed and only 6 hours of wifi the battery lasts less than 10 hours. I cannot download anything from the store, the phone gave me 4 times a black screen and it heats up like crazy. I am very dissapointed as a prior Lumia 820 and Lg optimus 7 user this phone is a complete joke. I will send it back to Microsoft and if it won't work again will just throw it away!!!

It's expensive when compared with other phones with similar hardware. Better wait or go for an older model.

Agree, Android has gotten better for low end hardware. Still the experience is not smooth sometimes. Same goes to W10M. Android is a matured mobile OS, W10M is only a year old (Yes W10M is completely built from scratch) but uses an advanced desktop kernel. So, it will take sometime to get a smoother experience and new features. But because of the desktop kernel it can do become more useful than Android or iOS.

This phone can sell if sold under 5k in India!!! The specs is a joke for $139... We have better ones than this under $1000

I have this 550. Had problems installing update and app updates. Had to hard reset to get that to happen.
Mobile hotspot turns itself off, won't turn on again without a reboot. Tried making it work again, same thing, then tried bluetooth as the connectivity in mobile hotspot, phone locked, and when swiped up to unlock, phone hung and then rebooted itself.
Speaker is muffled when phone lying flat.
Yahoo mail in outlook does not work.
Edge blank screen when asked for web page sometimes.
Phone creaks when pressed at corners so not a good fit between front and back.
Edge browser real bad selecting text in windows like this, for example it takes ages to select a word for replacement when tapped, and then once that word is selected, nothing else can be done inside this text box until the word is replaced or deleted as it seems to hang. Also when the word is replaced, the cursor goes to bottom of all text.

Hmm.......Quite impressive specification........I am tending to buy this phone........If I buy it, I would fulfill my expectation in less price.
