MAK, 21 Oct 2015I compared Samsung J2 with 550, J2 processor scores better... more Today, we compared Lumia 550 with newly launch Coolpad note 3 (which is of the same price range). L550 feature and general performance is far behind in CN3.

I compared Samsung J2 with 550,
J2 processor scores better in Antutu,
J2 provides OTG which lacks in Lumia 550,
Lumia 550 has greater PPI but J2 provides super AMOLED display.
Camera configurations almost same (but lumia provides better picture quality, as heared)
Lumia 550 needs just few add-ons, like CGG 3 / Clear black display.
OTG ot better connectivity like contuum.
better GPU.
better front camra. (addition of LED would do mush better with wide angle lens, 2MP would be ok).
Few more sensors like compass / gyro just to add some weightage to the device.

The 5 mp camera is not like what u get in other phones. It's having 5 mp that is capable of taking 2592 х 1944 pixels shots. That means awesome clarity

Using the Microsoft dock usb connecter u can connect windows 10 mobile device with a large screen n keyboard and u can use ur device as a pc ... All apps will b show in that screen just like a pc monitor...

I wish, future Microsoft lumia entry level project either improved or totally abolished.
Because, all budget lumia phone features are very poor, also not matching with time.

ooks solid.Microsoft is far better than cheap android.Android lags like hell and battery doesn't last even a day.1 GB RAM is sufficient to run a windows phone smoothly.One of the my friends has lumia 435 and he dropped it from upstairs,still then no serious problem except some scratches on back.But microsoft needs to establish their service centre in every city.

Dude.. The other brands you mentioned like Huawei,geoniee etc.. They don't use the powerful Qualcomm processors.. They use only cheap in price and cheap quality processors like mediatek,HIsilicon etc... Becos they r cheap in price.. Am using Lumia 520 for nrly 3 yrs.. I dropped ma phone on the floor a dozen times.. Still no hardware damage.. Ma frnd using a Lenovo,2nd time he dropped the display got broken and he paid 3000rs for the replace..
Also I upgraded to w 10.. Works fine.. Also I play asphalt airborne on ma 512mb ram device.. No hang...
Lumia phone are noy like cheap Chinese lagdroid phone.. Understand that first..

That's why I don't like lumia series cause they are entirely unworthy. I thought after Microsoft has taken over Nokia that from now onwards lumia series will improve and give tough competition to their Android rivals. But nothing has changed, if u notice the upcoming lumia 550 has the specifications which already existed since 2 years in budget segment. Moto E, Moto G, Asus Zenphone 4&5 and many others which are ruling the budget segment have way better specifications. It has now become really essential for Microsoft to understand the market and price their phones accordingly. Lumia 550 should be launched under 5000 with these specs otherwise they gonna loose.

hi been a user of Nokia phones before and I agree that their camera is way far more better results than others so what factor could it be; the material design/used, the application that tweaks the hardware, the OS that runs the device or just simply they didn't give-up the design features of their creation/discoveries, clever!

Don't look at specs i bet you Lumias 5 mp is far better than others having 8 mp. I own a galaxy j5 13 mp cam and a year ago i used to have lumia 630 with 5 mp but the camera on lumia was better, its clear black display was better, its performance was solid no android can give u such performance plus stability.

hi,if they provide a 1.5 RAM, 16 GB internal, 8 rear/ 5 front cam i think all phones on this category will surely be beaten just take the name Microsoft WX!
