The camera is not that good. When you already press the camera button, it is different. It's kind of dark

I tried to update latest windows 10 mobile build. But i couldn't do it over mobile network. So I tried again over WiFi hostpot from another phone. But I still cant download update. Screen shows 0% download.. Please anyone give me a solution..

Updated to 14393.189 built. Loved it. Really battery is awesome. Using for 3 hours at a stretch and battery still 70+% and less heating issue. Many user friendly facilities are added. Faster, smoother... Now love to have lumia again. :)

Just got my Lumia 550, and thank you all for sharing your opinions, it helped a lot deciding or not to get it. So far I love it actually...and I like that it is windows and not android...and that it is almost like being on my computer..I already have most of my accounts and was able to find some other apps that I am enjoying. What I didn't like that much is the camera...I don't think it has much quality and you do have to find lenses to make it look good, and I still didn't find one. And it has this photos that start like a video and then become a photo! I still didn't understand how it works actually.
I love the sound..it projects it a lot which is great and makes watching videos on the phone very enjoyable.
I got a heavy duty cover because some people complained it breaks very easily...in a week with the phone I already let it fall twice..one without the cover and one with it...and the phone is pretty fine.
It is a petty that it doesn't came with earphones..and I still didn't find one that I like.
The battery is tricky. Not in saving mode you have to charge it everyday, even if you barely use it. In saving mode it lasts longer...and playing on the phone for long period of times I have to charge it everyday. If not it'd last about a day and a half. I doesn't charge that fast tho.
Well so far I guess that's it...
Oh there are some apps that aren't available for windows, or some do not work properly in it.
But social medias are ok...like viber, whatsup, weechat, etc.

May i ask somethind, why most of you are reffering to 8.1 , when win10 is by default the os for 550?? (isn't it??)

Here many of the negative reviews comes from the nokia fans, they already decided in their mind that nokia is far better than Microsoft lumia, so they got nothing just fault in them but in reality its a very good phone, anywhere read the expert review of 550, they clearly told that its best lumia of X50 series in every aspect. Ya wp10 is not as stable (smooth) as 8.1 but it not even like those who are complaining, in featurewise its far better than 8.1 & RS1 update is almost equivalent stable as 8.1. Anyone who faces problem in wp10 update then update your phone to rs1 update then hard reset your phone, then it will working fine

Hey Guys,
I totally agree with all your opinions and thoughts, but to fix 'em all below are few suggestions :
- Once you get the device, never update your windows os to any available updates.
- In case, If you have already updated your phone to the latest version available, kindly reset your phone right away.
- Update only those required apps through windows store
- You can never downgrade your windows os from 10 to 8.1
Hopefully these suggestions should as it is totally working fine for me.

Everything is just wrong with this phone, actually problem is operating system, windows 10.
I shouldn't even start naming problem, since there's so many of them.
