Mine is a T-Mobile prepaid but used on a monthly contract (the only way to get one on their network...T-Mo sux!!!) The phone itself is pretty good, but has plenty of times where notifications don't come through (calls, voicemail, Viber!!!) and 99% of the time Viber only works on WiFi, and since I don't have a home internet service (I use internet sharing), it makes Viber TOTALLY useless on this phone. Viber worked great on my old Android, but I want to get away from G$$gle everything, and so I switched to Windows, but the loss of Viber Really has me regretting the switch!!! I've tried everything, including a very painful complete reset, and still no GSM Viber. I do sometimes get the Viber alert telling me that a particular person sent me a Viber...but rarely does the Vibe actually show up in the notifications pull-down OR in Viber itself, save for the occasional few hours or so after I've been on a trusted WiFi network. Mostly like the phone and its features, but really Piss#d off that Viber doesn't work. Help!!!

This phone with windows 10 is amazing. runs very smooth :O
For the price you get a lot of phone.
If you want to check out windows 10 mobile without shelling out much cash, this is the phone to get (at least for now)
It has micro sd card support and removable battery, which i consider a major boon (so hard to find these days).

microsoft lumia 640xl lte is all time the best smartphone.there is no hanging problem.

Yh Microsoft is far better than Android when it comes to speed and stability but Android is also better in terms of quality Apps. Please someone should help me,how can i clear the other storage on both my phone and memory card?

I have the same problem with my Nokia Asha 503, don't a... moreAnd double tap wake.....works good actually...it everytime detects my double tap when i am holding phone in hands...then when kept on table.... 99% time it easily detects double tap...remaining 1% i have to redo it when i actually tap slow or tap carelessly..or from the opposite side of normal position...i guess its something related to orientation...

After using 2 month my phone battery suddenly drown fast. I know its not a battery problem. Its somthing wrong in setting. First its take only 2% charge in night time but from tomorrow its take 40%. What can i do now..?
