I would've probably gotten this if it were 4.3". Sadly all phonemakers today are held at gunpoint to make all phones with decent specs around 5".

guil, 05 May 2015HTC Desire 816 or Sony Xperia C3 or Lumia 640/xl??? Please ... moreDepends what your looking in a phone, also which OS you like, all are phablets, all hace HD screens, all have expandable storage up to 128Gb except the xperia C3 which is expandable up to 32Gb, all have LTE. But if I were in your position I'd choose the Lumia 640 Xl, its a great phone, good camera, incredibly smooth and fluid UI, with a guaranteed update to Windows 10 which looks really good. The App Gap isn't a problem, people just bitch and whine so they have a reason not to switch, but it wont be a big deal anynore when Devs start porting their apps over to Windows. I'm switching as soon as The 640 LTE comes out. Been on android since its inception but I'd like to try something new. I hope this helped.

Can we reply an email and add an attachment (beside picture) in this updated OS? I have experience with L620 and I couldn't attach a file (except picture) when replying an email. If I want to attach a file (not picture), then I have to compose a new mail.

Mustafa, 24 Apr 2015As someone who used Android, and then Windows Phone, and th... moreI'm a WP user since the launch of 520, used low end to high end 1020. Also used some Galaxy Y, note2, 3 etc.. In my view Both OS had their own pros and cons: WP Pros: * Fluidity: The most loved thing about Lumias are its OS fluidity. No lags or buggy even if you are flooded with apps (I'm app crazy). * Store: Everyone is crying for the app gap in Windows store. In my experience, there're sufficient apps. ( Microsoft officially announced universal coding to iOS and Android apps for WP). Also numbers aren't a fact if they are useless. * Keyboard: The most convenient thing in WP, named 'Word Flow' keyboard. It's smooth to swipe through when typing, with automatic spell check and space. * Mail Sync: The E-mail sync in WP is more easy to use with push notifications. We can add Microsoft mail, Google, and many. * Performance: We know WP devices aren't made of high specs, usually its 512, 1 &2 gb rams. Even though in this low specs the total performance is much better when compared to other OS. * Gaming: The graphics are excellent in gaming in these low ram devices. I think it's with the OS, whereas flagships of Android devices are a failure. * Built Quality: The Nokia devices are made with great effort with these stunning hardware for WP. Microsoft also continues this policy. * App sharing: Basically app sharing is a type of Piracy. Windows phone doesn't support any of it. Its now being the most secure OS. Windows phone OS can't be rooted, as iPhone these days are unlocked are common. * Sync With Pc: If you're a PC user too. It's ok to have a windows phone as a companion. Universal apps, notification centre, automatic sync of all media are features that can't be found anywhere.

Anonymous, 01 May 2015I've been with Android since it's inception and I'm finally... moreAndroid is Lagy and too much bugy plus have update issues that's why some people go after iOS, Windows and Blackberry but the problem with iOS is too much costly and restricted.
Windows is a compromise between both that's why WP is awesome. I myself have changed so many Smartphones like:
Blackberry 9300 Curve
Xperia X10,
Lumia 920,
Motorola Moto G,
Galaxy S3,
Note 2,
Lumia 630,
iPhone 5C,
Xperia Z ultra and currently using
Galaxy S5
that's why saying Lumia and iPhone were my favorite. but iphone is too much restricted that is putting Lumia being the perfect to me in every way, Even the entry level Lumia performs better than flagship of Android...

I've been with Android since it's inception and I'm finally going to try out Windows Phone. I've also used IOS ( IOS 8 being the last version I used) but it just wasn't for me. I've always found the Windows Phone UI attractive and 'Modern' but the lack of apps and some features like a notification center kept me away. always kept me away. What a load of BS that was, all the apps I use are on the Windows app Store, and with Windows 10, I expect even more apps to be releasing on the platform. Can't wait, this'll be my first Windows Phone. Can't wait!! Are there any Ex Android users that switched to Windows on here? Whats your favorite thing about the Windows operating system? And windows phone users, what's your favorite thing about your platform.
