This phone is the most user unfriendly phone I have ever come across. My photos and telephone numbers have all disappeared and it is impossible to retrieve them Microsoft has not helped one iota. I am binning the phone at the earliest opportunity

Windows 8.1 is too shrink and filled with errors. Also, if you lose the password Microsoft will ask you spying questions that you'll not want to answer. There is no way to avoid uploading your address-book to the NSA-infested Cloud if you don't have installed the app before losing your password. Also, battery is too weak for the normal user: charged at night you are flat at 4 pm if you use anything else but sms. Not recommended because of W 8.1 It doesn't connect Digitel 3G & 4G network as it lacks 1.8 GHz frequency. Use Movistar instead. Period.

1. Last 12 months I was using Galaxy Note 4, lovely phone.
2. It got broke, no way to fix it.
3. Took almost 2 years old Lumia 640 from a drawer.
4. Don't miss Note 4 at all :-)

IR, 07 Jul 2016Did anyone try 512GB micro sd card on lumia 640?? I have been told it will work with no problem as long as it a class ten I have one order so I will let you know.

My husbands Microsoft lumia literally blew up. Melted and filled our living room with smoke.... Not buying this ever agin

Using it last 8 months....no lags..no hang..no freez..excellent camera in outdoor (daytime)..for all gamers..this is a excellent gaming phone..if u want to take screenshots just (volume button UP and power button together)..THIS IS AN AMAZING PHONE !!!
