I think there are no such strict laws for pics n video capturing. So stop arguing and accept fact.. Otherwise go n buy Android phone if you really want call recording feature.

                      Call recording is fair if we need assurance / have doubt in other person's activities.

They lived their users on their own risk.. If you read Android terms then they directly mentioned that they are not responsible for such things.. Microsoft wp os n apple ios both are close source OSes and they want to control their users by their own. About call recording there are very very strict rules in American, European and other countries. Even in India. But indian people here don't care of rules.. You know.. And mobile operators record your calls after giving you a warning... They record their users call to stop violation.
