I bought Lumia 640xl yesterday...i was able to download whatsapp and messenger....but I cannot install instagram and facebook...something pops up saying"attention needed"....i tried checking for phone updates and I found non...someone help me...i just got this phone yesterday and its already frustrating me.

my 640xl has been upgraded to win10 already, just install the advisor, then run it. it will then upgrade the phone, am from Philippines.. not sure thougg if Geography matters on the upgrade. so far, its good.

I am not able to update my phone till now. I have performed each and every step multiple times which I found to be useless now.its very frustrating ....every after getting stuck at 4 % it displays message error 801882d1

aks, 20 Apr 2016after reviewing your rivew for windows 10, i am planning to... moreI would not recommend the update.
After over 6 month working on Win 10 insider I went back to 8.
Win 10 have some nice features but the last two versions too many bugs + wifi, network, slow.
Win 8/seems much more stable and you have some apps (Nokia camera package, here maps) not working on 10.

bkd, 21 Apr 2016After resetting will it again go back to windows 8.1???I forgot what windows was but phone make same apdates about 15 min and after it my call history wasn't deleted.
