I had same problem. but had some another troubles also. for example i turned my 640xl to flight mode at night and at morning when i tried to turn off the flight mode it still works. Also sometimes i was out of service and nobody cant call me. I took my phone to the official service center several days ago. today they called and said that the phone will work properly now because then change the motherboard of the phone. I will bring my phone tommorow.. and i hope it will work... so you can write me on alexander_gb@mail.ru if you have problems with device.

hey guys i bought this phone...everything is fine...but the camera clearity of both front and back is not good....after taking pics the colour of pics are washed and after zoom the clearity of pic is very bad...it is a hardware problem or a software ??? plzzz gys help me thanq.

[deleted post]1- download limit in 8.1 is 100mb on mobile data.. but MS already removed download limit in w10m..
2- stuck in downloading apps is user specific issue.. if downloading stucks restart ur phone n try again downloading of app. it will resume downloading.. this issue rarely happens not always so stop crying.
3- cant understant what is meaning of leaking touch.. lumias have one of the best touch screens till date.
4- cortana is good if you use in US.. indian version is alpha version. cortana is really better than siri n google now..
5- i understand that users want applock feature but WP is highly secure OS.. there is no way to pass lock screen password without you knw real password.. this is not peice of shit like android where anyone can unlock ur password with some tricks.. keep this in mind
6- clash of cans comes under personal reason or choice.

Please people , don't u guys ever think of buying this piece of shit. This dummy requires wifi to download any app size upto 50MB. and it always hangs while downloading, so the download gets stopped, as a result u have download again, there is also many leaking in touch. the cortana is not that cool that i have heard about, it doesn't understand English well. also there is no app privacy. The only security system is just the Lock screen, if anyone go through the lock screen he will have all access to the phone. and the most annoying thing is , I CANT PLAY CLASH OF CLANS IN IT............. The only thing it has just the camera. That's all. Android is the best suit for me... switching to android.
