i bought this phone one month ago
the phone is all over good but the bad thing is that both cameras r dead n all softwares r nt supported i m confused what i do

I am using 640 xl duel sim last 2 month. Its working very well . Frndz plz don't update windows 10 in this phone. Windows 10 is hang and phone will not work properly....its sure . This phone only a problem that night photography is bad for longer object shots...but close up camera shots in night is good.. I am 100 % satisfied in this phone in this price

Im sorry for all who say bad things about this phone
its the greatest mobile in this money range ... support all heavy games
best performance...not hanging like androids...

Dnt even buy that phone totaly west of money. Wrst phone i ever use.nevr buy lumia 640xl. Its better to buy any android device in that range.

Its total lost of money i cant transfer any file to others OS systems.. if download content on web or playing 3D games it heated more...wrosted of money & time...my previos handset Lumia1020 is very well for this Microsoft Lumia 640 XL..

I bought a class 10 32gb hp microsd card but it was not detected. After multiple restarts sd card detected but then dissappears. I am now using my old class 4 card which is working properly but lags when i play games. How can i get my class 10 card working on my lumia 640 xl

Lumia 640XL is only battery good. But phone is 3rd class waste my money.
nokia lumia is good quality.
then microsoft lumia is very 3rd class quality use hardware not good
candy crush not work, imo not work, ringtone not change, etc... no more apps
Dont buy this phone waste your money.....................

I bought this phone 1 month ago. I am basically wp lover ⤠. I think it have a wonderful feature the bigger thing in this phone was battery and huge display. In normal use it gave one day battery backup whn i use it an hard it gave 14-18 hrs battery backup. But the camera is not too good its just simple. Front 5 mega pixel camera is nt lyk a 5 Mega pixel :( that one thing i worry about this phone. Otherwise i luv this phone.
