Don't know about viber (maybe same as messenger).. Tell me more about this deactivation on youtube.. U can download tubecast if u want an alternative to youtube.

why my lumia 640 xl can't download lumia refocus? and my problem is that my messenger doesn't have a call and my viber doesn't have a video call and my youtube suddenly deactivated? why?? why?? why?? I don't understand this situation please help me..
