I m using BlackBerry z10 for last 8month, and I can say this is the best phone except battry backup. There is no comparison between BlackBerry 10 and android or windows os. Bt i now want to buy 1 other smartphones and I am confused between lumia 640xl dual sim and galaxy grand max. I have a quistion about these 2 phones. Will lumia 640xl able to get windows 10 update. If anyone knows please help me....

see i wanna buy this phone but some one can tell its how its working and os does it hangup ir does it suppory fb nessenger for vedio like my andriod phone i never use an window phone so should i buy is it better than andriod or not

ks, 05 Jul 2015You may try reinstalling windows 8.1, I have done in my win... morethanks a lot, i have all backup in my micro sd card, & install all the applications, gmaes, videos & music in the micro sd option. But after reinstalling the phone memory software can the same micro sd card be placed? or hv to format the micro sd card by making backup of it.

First of all you take the backup everything & then Go to restore to factory or reinstall settings. It may work.

I brought Microsoft 640 Xl just two months back. from few days i faced a problem that in the free wifi zone, where i connected my mobile several times, bt now not connecting to any wifi. i switched off after i tried but again happened the same problem. I updated my phone software after tried but again not be able to connect.
Lastly i tried to other wifi zones but i couldn't be able to connect wifi from 7 days back till date. I dont know why it is happening. But other features & applications are working well instead of wifi connection. Can somebody help me out from this issue.

I just bought this phone few days back and i have to say, this is the best phone for its price point. Sure windows phone is not the most in thing right now but its definitely a fresh experience after the androids i have used. Battery life is amazing. I've got 2 and a half days out of it with moderate usage (calling, whatsapp, music, mails, browsing and using the camera). By far my experience has been good. The only annoying this is the keyboard. I tend to make a lot of mistakes which is unusual but i'm sure the keyboard is to blame (dont hate me for this, i have been using the google keyboard on my old android phone and it was good)

I have recently purchased Microsoft Lumia 640xl after reviewing the user comment and specification.I found it very good initially but now I have a problem with camera setting the moment I click selfiee or pic it does not give you exact color but instead looks dull as if it is black and white can any one suggest or help how to solve this problem ,...

It is an excellent phone. I previously used a Nokia Lumia 800. I was not satisfied with that phone at all. But after purchasing Lumia 640XL, I am completely satisfied over it.Really a good phone within medium budget.

Good phone from top company of USA.EVERY THING in this phone is unquestioned. Camera is marvellous.a full computer in my hand.

Windows phone is a platform which is getting more and more users and its growing fast.
I'm using windows 10 build 10149 and its great with a lot of new features, the new store is great and so many other native apps.
I have no doubt that with the release of windows 10 the platform will grow a lot and the apps that aren't on windows store (snapchat, periscope...) will eventually show up.
I think that windows phone is a lot better than android he is very fluid, fast, and Microsoft gives you support on the other hand if you have an android phone in the same category than lumina 640 you probably won't be able to update to the next OS.
