I am using the phone from more than one year, too many problems faced till now. there is software issues, on windows 8.1 platform I had too much problems in application crashes and and in windows store application is just for showing purpose actually not working in the smart phone. I also had a worst experience with the service part, phones original charger was malfunctioned in just 6 months. I went to service center for the same, they took 2 months to replace it, after so much follow-ups. after 2 months I got the new charger which always showing your device is charging slowly use original charger. Still the phone is very slow and it takes lots of time to switching between apps. I tried to sell it in the market, but no value i am getting for the phone.

It's a best Phone ever in Lumia lineup
1. Good Battery Life.
2 Super Big Display.
3. App Store Now Improved.
4. Good touch
5., Super Camera ( In Daylight)
Yes there is an issue with the WIFI Otherwise its perfect.
Using this Phone More then a year, No problem, But some People have many problem with this phone because of android .....

These comments only prove that ms phones are not for just anyone.. it's always like that.. if you don't understand what actually a ms phone is for who asked u buy? U guys are looking for play store.. hello it's not android.. it's win10. Y didn't u read the phone specifications before u buy? This is pathetic to read such comments.. this phone is not made for you.. go and buy an android and stop complaining.

I'm very disappointed with this phone, the data connection is very weak... I just discovered it when my wifi device was loss...

This is the worst smartphone ever made and i have tried them all.. The last year or so have been the most disappointing period of my life long phone experience.. I can't use my speed trap app, and I can't use my gps, my digital map has changed so many times I can't remember the name of it and so on.. Not even the voice navigation works and all that is a big problem because i am so poor i only have a motorcycle and that means since I've got this phone everything got allot harder.. Make ASTORIA rise again.. You need it because you suck so very painful hard right now.. I used to love Windows but it is very difficult now.. Try to get som of the new software you realize working first. You are becoming lazy and honestly I'm beginning to get very pissed of on you because you are constantly lying and promising things you can't do. Make good decisions and software again and stop trying to be the robot or the fruit it is done and it works so if anyone wants that you would not have been the choice.. Put the APK software back, send lying Phil Spencer and that other greedy dude home and try to be great again.. Almost all my friends that used these systems are very tired but why bother with shifting when it's all shitt.. The closed "Ecosystem" software system is in the way for anything to emerge and be the next big thing and it is making it very expensive.. Come on now and stop being arrogant and start to make the best software again. And Microsoft i really think you owe me a new phone, an Xbox one that can do the stuff you said it would do when you gladly took my money and delayed i a year and you owe me a Windows that could do anything of the promised things like backwards compatibility.. I have allot of programs that doesn't work and seriously it is monumental stupid to upgrade a computer to a version that can do less.. Make my shit work and stop being smug.. Give me a job if you really find it so hard.. Do something right now..

I Bought this phone year ago. The hardware is good but the camera (In low light) and applications sucks. And the worse thing is that i cant not create any word, excel or power point file for free (WHICH WE CAN DO ON ANDROID )even this is Microsoft phone.
Android phones are a lot better in every aspect. You can't connect pen drive with this phone.

Hi frnds,i used this phone from april 2015.i fpund some issue with the wifi.plz tell me if anybody know about it. I connected my phone with my wifi but it doesn't get speed and disconected in my room on secnd floor first i thought it was the wifi issue but all other phone (android specially)get good speed and stay connected to wifi even in my room i don't whether it is still my phone problm or wifi problm.. It happens not only with my wifi but with any wifi it doesn't gave good speed while any other phone can do........

This is the bargain smartphone of our time. Two additions are essential, though. One. Get a 128GB microSD card and go to settings to have EVERYTHING use that card--apps, pictures, data, etc. Two. Go to the store and get the upgrade advisor so you can upgrade to Windows 10 (free). The W10 upgrade adds features and capabilities to the phone, even the camera. So $100 for the phone and $40 for the microSD card, and you have a 128GB smartphone with MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint included, plus OneDrive and OneNote...for $140. My wife just bought an iPhone 7 Plus 128GB from AT&T for $870. If I were eager to end our marriage, I could discuss the intelligence of that purchase with her. :-)
This W10 phone can run SonicWALL NetExtender and MS Remote Desktop. Get a Bluetooth keyboard from Amazon for $20 or less, and you have a mini-mini mobile workstation. With Netflix new downloadable movies and TV, you can download entertainment using wifi and watch on the airplane. The only drawback I've found to this phone is the same one that any Windows Phone has: limited 3rd party apps. I really miss the Chase Bank app and Net Analyzer to use on the job.
If you don't have a smart phone and want to try without a 2nd mortgage on your house to get one, or if you're just sick and tired of paying either criminally high prices for a smartphone or alternatively rip-off phone plan rates to pay even more for the phone when it's all done, this is a great way to go.

The phone is good except camera quality, it's not worth 13500 when I purchased 1 year back. Disappointed with cam, apart everything like battery back up is fine
