-the charger with no USB cable!!!
every phone I bought has a USB cable, even with the same range of money, so strange.
-the headset is awful.
-the battery and camera are good.
-I can't download from one drive. Its my account and my phone, and i cant download from it???
-no smart search in dial up like android, i have to search from phone book???
-no chrome or firefox apps for windows phone??

This is awesome! Great phone, great design, great cameras both front and back which what i loved the most about this phone. The battery life is very good. My only problem about this phone is the apps. I don't know what's wrong with windows. They say that the "windowsphone" works like PC's but nope. I don't feel that way.. Androids works like PC's. But still its a good phone a budget friendly with a very good specs this is wow! And 1thing i notice is the viewing angles not good. Still this is a cheap phone so u know :)

no one will be satisfied unless you are used to windows for first 2 months it will be difficult and then it will be wonderful. Do not ever compare with other os , if windows is waste then what do say about IOS. it is always good just think and solve an issue and try to use it , its good. i am using for the past one+ years . Now i am good. my next phone is going to be microsoft only.

Yes, we have been hooked? MSoft has lost its interest n upgrading, a commitment has been broken, it had gained in 2015 but upgrade issue has defamed, MSoft to the extent of jokers. I think wrath of Nokia played it's part by taking revenge by hardhard luckluck. 950xl is a bricked phone with no chances of success. Fairwell. Se you closing cellcell manufacturer immediately.

this phone is best according to the price not a single problem ......i m using it from the date of release i.e. april 7 ......better than any other os also

If needed, connect to a wall charger, otherwise, I feel your Laptop's USB ports are not supplying enough power to your phone. I have 640 XL LTE and having no problems whatsoever described either by you or by others (maybe I am lucky). But, the fact is it is an awesome device for the price except that it is a little too big for most hands...

me too.... I want to sell my lumia 640 xl but not getting customers.. and now it is not supporting to my laptop ..getting msg device charging is slow...i tried many laptops but all in vein...I have done great mistake to buy this phone...

hi Gaurav..hope u r fine..at last u have come to my path..i could luckily sell my lumia 640XL with a reasonable price. Now using J7 and truly speaking..its 1000 times better than 640XL. But surprised to know that MS yet to release the final version of W10M. Shocking

I had similar problem but it solved now. If possible, try logging out of your Microsoft Account and then logging back in. It should work

2 : run that app and choose insider fast
3 : when it complete the process of upgrading
4 : go to the setting and go to the phone updates
5 it automatically istall the windows 10
6 : but u proceed to that ensure that all your data are in safe side

Using this phone for last one and half month, no hardware issue but os is just like childish having no look, no softwares available for multimedia playback and video chat etc like android, further the microsoft has failed to bring its windows 10 update as announced. Better to go for android phones than windows phones, bcoz windows 8 is just like dos not ui os.

Never never buy this phone. a hell of problems. Moreover THIRD CLASS SERVICE from Microsoft. my mobile is with Microsoft for last 2 months for repairy. They changed touch pad instead of motherboard. again sent to bangluru and changed the motherboard. then a lot of scratches found on the battery panel. Very poor response from Microsoft to phone calls, mails. no escalations. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANY MICROSOFT MOBILE.
ALSO IMMATURE APPS.

Friends Microsoft Lumia 640 xl dual sim it's superb mobile.its all good.music quality is OSM.
