Its crises of nerves, no sign of 10 upgrade, if at all full of bugs. Its a brick without an executive look. No 4g nor most apps dont work or equivalent like imo messenger. Never ever think of even looking at displayed set. Microsoft stay with your Windows on PC

I can not believe that a Microsoft device has no advantage in editing a microsoft word document...
I wanted to add some detail on my CV....its not possible on 640XL dual.
That's unlikely, unbelievably wrong.
Cheers for enabling android users and restricting us, the Microsoft Lumia users...
I am sad....so sad that my loyalty has been crushed.
I own top seed lumia devices, It never clicked on me that the device I ignore most, Sony ultra can edit my CV and Lumia won't.

Plz tell me lumia 640xl is 3g phone becoz only when i was buyed my lumia only one time it shows 4g option in 1st sim slot but at this time this option is hidden i dont know why and i checked on internet that the lumia 640xl LTE is a 4g phone not mine is that true? 650xl and 640xl LTE r diffent phones plz tell me sorry for my bad english!

When i download pics/videos from whats app.....there is serious problem, if phonescreen is off..so down load is also off and i have to start all over again....i acnt afford to be a baby sitter....its takes ages to download (dedicated attention) plz anybody help ...how to fix this thing...otherwise i feel to throw this phone under tyres of bulldozer....microsoft such a nice company but very verty very primitive in cell ph business.........help help.....!!!!!

this is damn good phone. love it every bit. been using Android for past 3/4 years and decided to switch to lumia 730 dual sim 3 month back.. i was very happy with the performance so decided to buy this phone couple of weeks ago. phone is smooth. windows phone 10 looks and works perfect. camera quality is just awesome. has got almost all the apps that i use in daily basis. no problem on that.. i use last fm scrobble which is not still supported on win phone 10(used to work fine on win phone 8), but i guess it will come soon. audio quality is very nice. battery backup is very good on this set. gives me 2/3 days on standby on normal use. no complain till now.

Hello, please can someone help me, especially users of instagram , i always post photos on instagram but i see that the quality of the picture is not good like the original its pixelated :ss did someone face this? is that normal?? because when i see the other publications of users of lumia640XL i didnt find this issue! or its normal for all users of instagram?? i dont think so please help

purchased this phone 2 weeks ago..I was bit confused btween j7 and 640 xl..but i am very much satisfied with this device..Running very smoothly..I never felt lagginess..very good battery backup..outsanding camera..even at low light..you have to set manually in lowlight..
maximum useful apps are available at store..and the windows 8.1..what can i say about dat..i just love the live tile feature..just go for it..

I purchase it 2 days but it swtiches on or off at anytime ..plz suggest me what to do with it ...m little bit disappointed 😞

Purchased lumia 640 xl, before i had lumia 520.
IE browser is completely unreliable, showing wrong sites, apps sometimes can't be downloaded. Some sites are laggy, then showing ads will mess correctly page loading.
Pros: Good camera, battery
Cons: Slow chipset, unreliable os, no difference in speed between 640 xl and 520, IE browser is crashing.
Conclusion: Avoid this phone, for this price, go anything else, Windows phone isn't worth anything, you will loose time, patience, money.

I have this mobile i took it for my father the camera is very nice with most 90% app of android present the mobile battery life is also awesome runs the whole day talking chatting and playing .
We just need to change our way of using and looking towards this window mobile they are very nice and good relabel .
