maaz, 14 Jan 2017Front cam in 640xl not good in low lightYou should not use Automatic WB(white balance) and Sesetivity(ISO) while you are taking photo under Low light situations!even Professional Cameras can not take good picture with Automatic Status! Automatic is just for daylight(though I prefere not use it at all!)Try using Manual WB and Sensetivity and then you can have very good Quality photos.You need to test and examine Manual photography and I think you never forget it!

I mean with a lower price for 640XL you can almost have got the same as Lumia1520.I have to mention ofcourse I never use my phones for games!I use it mostly for Reading.Networking,Photography and watching Video.They are really great though there may be some weaknesses with Winphone operating system But Im sure they will soon solve the Issues with winphones.Thanks Microsoft&Thanks GSM.

Aliali5, 18 Jan 2017I have Microsoft 640XL window 10 mobile, from end of Novemb... moreIts not a problem with your winphone microsoft640.the problem is with Whatsup itself! you have to wait for a bug fix and update by whatsup! sometimes freeware producers can not keep up with operating system makers and developers!Certainly you do not have any problem with IMO,Telegram,Line,WeChat and so on!

Im using windows "mobile" as i call them one year now, i had the 640, till august and then the XL, in my opinion this is better, i love windows 10, its very tugh, great battery, good camera. Its not great at its store but you can have what you need and mutch safer!

I have Microsoft 640XL window 10 mobile, from end of November my WhatsApp is not working. I have done factory reset, uninstall and reinstall but it don't work. After reinstall WhatsApp I click launch it starts loading but after a while it goes back to the same position to launch. Please give me the solution at your earliest.

Can i transfer whatsapp chats from android to windows phone? Bcoz i read from internat that say the whatsapp backup file type is different from android and windows.
Did anybody manage to transfer between different OS?
Plis help coz i really want to buy 640 xl

Then run it , after that it will show , device is ready to upgrade to window 10 . Then go to settings there you can see update, there click on phone update and run. Before running it have some memory on phone about 2Gb free. And save your data like photoes song video etc if you have saved it on phone . Because it will reset your phone. If you have memory card and data in it then you should remove sd card if you are going to upgrade to window 10. Otherwise it will reset your sd card too.

purchased microsoft 640xl dual sim in few months back. at the beginning i enjoyed but now it is giving lot of problem on and off it gets hang, camera not working, contacts list give wrong name and no. overall i am absolutely dissatisfied with microsoft window phone. i had a faith. i do not know what i will do with this phone. i will give ZERO. i have never expected microsoft will launch this quality of phone.

Upgraded my lumia few days ago.
Battery is disater.heats in 15min aftr net browsing.
Im heavy user.after win 10 upgrade i charged battery 2times in day.
Nothing special in window 10.
Im going to rollback in few days.
Microsoft need to work hard on window10 .
Regret of buying window phone.
Dont buy window phones.

Lumia 640 XL Dual SIM is an awesome product launched by Microsoft Corporation. It's features is also unique in the world. Although Windows 10 is very nice, but there exist some problems. I hope Microsoft Corporation recover this problem as early as soon.

A few days back my yah... more i m using this phone for abour 2 yrs and works nice . and i m having same problem with yahoo account not sync from 4 to 5 months ( previously i can access yahoo acc.) but other account i can access like hotmail nd gmail.
