Lumia 640 and 640 XL is very good smartphone,premium look solid performance.Windows OS is highly Optimized OS.And have no issue while using it .Camera at Par above many smartphone available in the market.Lumia camera gives a docent picks.Long-lasting battery.Buttery Smooth and lag free experience.Well done Microsoft.

dear friends, i am using 640 XL, and let me tell you its one of the BEST phone. my only concern is i am able to download anything from windows store, or videos from whatsapp. my net speed is very good except these two activities. please help as it is really pain taking process to download anything, thanks in advance.

How much email capacity does outlook email actually provides?
Like gmail is 15GB, Yahoo is 1TB..outlook is still unknown. On searching for this on google i cane accross ppl saying its just 5GB. Aftrr that we have to purchase storage capacity..is that true?
Outlook / microsoft have never informed its customers about email capacity.
Any leads from experienced user pls inform me

under the sunlight picture quality is good.but under light room its not good in my phone anybody can help me with the settings

its pretty much a good phone. Just needs alot of work in the apps. Facebook is defective when posting something on my wall and instagram doesn't have direct messages. Also the news feed on facebook is always the same I have to restart alot to get my facebook to refresh 😏 and the emojies need work too!! Camara should have some effects too.

so guys i have a question..i bought 640 xl dual sim few days back.the first time i charged my cellphone from 35% to 100% it took around 3:30 hours and the battery lasted around 2 days normal use...but something i've noticed that after 3-4 charges the battery is acting a bit strange for example i charged my phone at 40% to 80% and in 53mins just few texts it dropped to 73%...now i've heared that 640's battery backup is awsome but this contradicts that statement,so what i wanted to ask is there something wrong with my cellphone? should i get a claim 'cuz warranty has just started

Always been a android user but got this phone 3 weeks ago best phone i ever had. picture and video quality great every other feature brilliant you wont go wrong.

i have been using Android phones, But Due to lack of Adequate battery Performace. Ive decided to switch over to WP.
> Design and Size: Little Large for me as i have small hands ,5.7 is Huge(Ive preferred this Model due to Cameras F/R)
> Display: its 720p HD display ,Colors feels are nice and sharp, and Sunlight Readability is amazing
> Sound: MS has added extra enhancements ( Equalizers & Surround sound), Headphones in Box are just for listening Calls, if you are a sound lover buy a Good premium inear Headphone( you will love the Sound).Speaker phone is loud enough. Pretty decent sound Quality over Phone Speaker
> Reception/Call Quality: What i've Notices that MS is using Nokia Patents so no issues in Reception and Call Quality is Great
> Camera: 13MP Rear & 5 MP front. 13 MP is great for Outdoors,indoors its little grainy pictures, Front camera is fine but lacks wide angle ( Thats most in MIdranges now Android phones).Otherwise nice manual conrols with Amazing Printable Quality for outdoor pictures
> battery: i am a hardcore 3G/4G user, this phone gives me about 1 day and 4 hours on always on 3G( HSPAP/H+) connectivity.( Thats pretty Amazing) ,
Recommendation: the only coz ive experiences is lack of Apps. ive been waiting for windows 10 update. lets See where MS will evolve its app gaps from competition.
