rocky, 05 Jun 2015gaurav, you posted first to buy this phone on 1 june and t... moreI am not confusing people earlier My fried bought this phone.He is not a mobile savy he was happy with their phone.Then after I switch to Windows and sold out My old Moto G.After 14 hour of compete use I personally not satisfied with Windows OS it very confusing Whatsup is very boring on it.Problem with default internet browser not better than Crome.Copy paste is very difficult in this windows os.There are many problem with many site for example
Paytm it's not working on Internet browser you have to install apps from store,Amazon site also having problem,GSM arena also.I have spend lots of time to understand windows phone feature but finally I come to know that this Windows OS is not benificial for those who spend there lots of time on the Mobile.Windows is totally different it's just out of my mind and don't want such a comlex OS.I personally dislike it on other hand my brother Like Windows phone the resion behind it .He was using only windows phone only and never go with Android OS.in 640 XL out of 8 gb only 2.73 is available for the usser Windows occupied such huge space but it nothing despite of such a heavy OS it fails to create any magic in compaire to Android even in Samsung Grand 2 having 8 gb but you have lots of space and in some extent you don't need sd card in grand 2 .But in window you can't leave without sd card you must need sd card .

kindly tell us honestly about lumia... moreVery Bad Phone, since a month I am using this and seen that it had very slow downloading speed. 13MP camera is too poor in front of Intex Aqua S4 / Sony M2 8MP Camera.
Touch response is also poor. 6/10 double tap on screen to unlock the screen not work properly.

Hi my friends. my advice is to buy this phone. it is great smooth, fast , easy and nice camera and good display even in the sunlight. lag free .Web browser is good. battery life is good. the most useful is Microsoft apps and services which are very important and helpful in our lives. so plz don't talk badly on this phone without full knowledge of this great phone

Innocent, 04 Jun 2015 Lumia 640xl user, kindly tell us honestly about lumia... more640 XL camera is better only in day but at night it struggles with flash Camera is much better I copaire Samsung Grand 2 Camera and is much much better in day as well as night.S4 Cam is also better than 640 XL. I am also disappointed after buying 640 XL .And miss my old Moto G very much believe me friend within two days I finally desired that I will no longer with 640 XL that's why in morning when I was wakeup suddenly I order Moto G 1st gen again and eagerly waiting for the same.All friend before buying Windows phone just spend at least 1 hour with the set then you will deside either you go for Windows or better to stick on Android.My brother love windows phone but I just hate it.Its depends person to person.

Hi guys. Hope every one is fine. I bought that phone yesterday. I am facing a lil issue, when i insert sim in sim 2, it restarts after every 20-25 mins automatically. I dunno what exactly the pblm is. And mostly it happens when i enable 3g on sim 2. Should i cka warrenty or is their any sopn so i get benefit from it . thanks in advance ;)

This is to inform you all those who are finding difficult to handle WP. kndly learn basic computer knowledge and the Lumia PhOne will be the best for you in the world. If you happen to be a person from a place where computer does not exist, then kindly do not buy or criticize the windows platforn. because there are many who long for windows phone. learn basic computer and the windows phone will unlock the world for you.

Yes Gaurav,me too...I purchased this 640 xl dual sim on 25th may. Now I am totally disappointed with windows os. Android is hundreds times better than it. This phone is not for the android users. I am planing to sell my phone. Windows is worst.

For those who are hardcore Android usser.Don't go with Window OS it's not for you .Because there are lots of limitations in Windows OS Internet Explorer is pathetic Crome is the best.Android is very simple OS.I purchased 640 XL and disappointed very much.I will hand over this 640 XL to my Dad.And Today I again order Moto G 1st.I have no problem with the 640 XL some cons. Display is good but suffer with less PPI ,Camera is Very good but flash is not so good in the night is just average Samsung grand 2 Camera is even better the night,Size is very bulky ,touch is very bad very complicated to copy paste, off course lag free OS but Windows having lots of Limitations In compaire to Android.My only charm its camera but not upto the mark.So I will not going to use this 640 XL and happy to buy again Moto G 1st gen.what a Mobile A pure Android experience and I am sure I will never go beyond Moto G,X and Nexus series.

Rare problem, sometimes the screen just turn white. After using it for a month, there is a yellowish colour in the upper-right of the screen. Don't know why. I think I have to show to the service centre. Does any1 have this kind f problem

AnonD-368103, 03 Jun 2015I didn't face any hanging using it for two weeksI bought 640 XL .I replaced my Moto G with 640 XL it's a good phone very good camera in day in dark it's not good.Battery back up is great.But I am not happy with Window OS earlier I was using 720 then I opt for Moto G.I can say that Android is super and best OS Windows OS will never beat Android.Windows OS is simply pathetic.I am very sad and again I will purchase Moto G 1st gen.what a phone Moto G is just a brilliant smart phone at it's price range.I agree camera is average but display is superb.Lag free Android experience.Next time I am sure never go for Windows phone.Its depends upon the choice two times I have disappointed with Windows Phone firstly 720 and now 640 XL.Again it's a good smart phone but I personally dislike Windows OS
