Camera is 13 megapixel in Lumia 640xl dull photo in light and low light is completely dull selfie in low light like vga Microsoft is fail in device

Camera quality is not so good, limited features with camera And 4G not supported as well. One of the worst phone I've ever used.

NEVER EVER BUY THIS PHONE. Aside from battery life the phone is totally useless. Hangs,slow,navigation is whacked,slips,horrible speakers. Don't buy

one of the worst phones ever, never buy lumia only excellent in camera quality, sometimes it hangs and sometimes it shows error in web browser even my phone is connected with high speed internet. they are slow, bug, frustrating devices made by microsoft, I'M SUFFERING WITH 640 XL, GO FOR ANDROID!

Was a nice phone. But after updating to win 10 I lost my contact list ang battery is draining very fast
It doesn't have call recording facility and OTG support

I have a Microsoft Lumia 640XL. The phone is awesome, but the only problem I am facing for a long time is I cannot install any app. Even Microsoft Upgrade Advisor cannot be installed. It starts downloading and stops at "Attention required. Tap here" for all the apps, and it is just impossible to install. Does someone have a solution. I do not want to go for an android or iOS phone.
